Start of the season for the National Blind Football League
The National Blind Football League kicked off the new season with an action-packed Match Day 1.

In the Premiership, West Bromwich Albion (WBA) proved their strength with a dominant 3-0 victory over RNC. Efe Shimwell netted twice, while Eesa Amjid added another goal to secure the win.
RNC bounced back in their second game against Merseyside Blind & VI FC, securing a 2-0 victory thanks to goals from Azeem Amir and Captain Owen Bainbridge.
WBA continued their winning streak, defeating Merseyside 6-2 with Efe Shimwell scoring an impressive five goals and Eesa Amjid adding one more. Rainbow Mbuangi scored twice for Merseyside.
After the first round of matches, WBA sits at the top of the Premiership table, followed by RNC and Merseyside.
In the Championship, Team 1 and Team 2 faced off in a doubleheader. The first game ended in a 0-0 draw, while Team 1 claimed a victory in the second match with goals from Megan Smithson Booth and Lucja Wyrwantowicz.
