Governance
The role of the governors is to oversee the strategic direction of the College, to safeguard the funds and assets in our care and to ensure the quality of education and experience offered to our students. The Board makes a vital contribution to the ongoing development of RNC.
There are five sub-committees of the board (Finance, Business and Enterprise, Student Experience, Audit and Assurance, People and Reward, and the Nominations and Governance Committee). In addition to being on the main board, each governor serves on at least one of these committees, in line with particular skills and experience.
