Book your repair or service online
To book your Perkins for a service or repair complete the form by clicking here. You will be assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
Send your Brailler to us
Once you have been assigned your ticket number, you will need to send the machine to our address below, either by courier or via Articles for the Blind:

We can, if required, send a box and packaging out to you, to return the Brailler in. We can also organise and charge to the job a courier collection if more convenient.
Upon receipt of your Brailler
Once your machine arrives at our Repair Centre, it is logged and you will get an email receipt.
What happens next?
We offer a free assessment and a basic service, which is to strip the machine down, clean and lubricate moving parts for £70 plus VAT.
The basic service very often remedies a lot of the standard issues. If there is anything further amiss with the machine that this service won’t solve, then we charge £60 per hour labour plus parts. All work is authorised by you before commencement.
On completion of repair or service
Once the work is complete and payment received, the Brailler will be returned via the most convenient method for you.
